Jampol, JustinianJustinian Jampol ist Gründer und Geschäftsführer des Wendemuseums in Los Angeles. Der Schwerpunkt seiner Arbeit liegt auf dem Gebiet der Visual Cultural Studies und dem Zusammenhang zwischen zeitgenössischer Kunst und der Ikonografie des Kalten Krieges. Jampol hat an der University of California in Los Angeles studiert und an der Oxford University in Geschichte der Neuzeit promoviert. Er kuratierte mehrere Ausstellungen, produzierte zwei Dokumentarfilme zum Kalten Krieg und realisierte verschiedene Urban-Art-Projekte, darunter das The Wall Project. Seine Artikel und seine Arbeit sind im Atlantic, in der Frankfurter Allgemeinen Zeitung und der New York Times veröffentlicht bzw. gewürdigt worden.
